So, Crayons to Confidence restructured our services to serve working parents on a corporate level - offering coaching, courses, and other family resources to full teams of working parents. Because when parents feel more confident and secure in the home, they become more confident and capable with the tasks they conquer at work.

In short, we do all the grunt work for you. Once your payment is processed, you will provide us with some basic information on your current employees, and we will contact them to set up their customer profiles. They will gain immediate access to the community, courses, coaching enrollment, and available resources.

Once you have purchased and you are ready to announce The Crayons to Confidence Parent Support Network to your team, we recommend finding 1-2 “champions” within your company. These members are the “ideal” people for this program; the ones you anticipate using The Parent Support Network most.

We recommend giving these champions 1-2 weeks to utilize the platform early, and then have them join you up front when you announce to the full company. They can give a tutorial on how to use the new benefit, as well as hype everyone up at the meeting, in the break room, etc.

We have found that utilizing these champions not only increases interest in the program amongst your team members, but also increases their rates of logins and usage. They don’t just have someone pricking their interest; they also have someone at work who is already familiar with the platform - someone who can help them get started if needed.

This allows your company members to make the most of their new benefit, and it makes your company’s investment worthwhile.
